There are so many products on the market that it can become difficult to decide which is best to use. I have been trying many different facial products and I am always getting asked how I keep my skin looking smooth, young, and acne free. It sounds like it has lots of benefits for those with acne as it can lower inflammation. So maybe it’s worth looking into! Besides never washing my face with soap and drinking a lot of water, I don’t do much in terms of a skincare routine, but I have found certain products that I really like. A couple of products are made by Freeman. These are great to use while traveling or at home as the environment can do so much damage to your skin.
Freeman has 2 products I have been using for awhile and really like. The Chocolate & Strawberry Clay Mask and the Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask. The Chocolate & Strawberry smells just like the name. This mask is great for minimizing pores. Between makeup and everyday environment dust and dirt outside your pores can get clogged and enlarge.

I don’t wear makeup too often, nor do I wear a lot when I do, but sometimes I feel as if the makeup clogged my pores. Especially if I forgot to take it off. Other times I will be outside and the wind will pick up and I feel dirt on my face. The Chocolate and Strawberry Clay Mask comes in handy. I smooth it across my face.
I try really hard not to move my face because I don’t want it to smudge or crack. After a few minutes you can’t really move your fave anyway because the mask hardens. Then I wash it off my face with warm water. My face looks bright and clean. Even more importantly my pores always look small and less noticeable.

The Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask isn’t really a mask in my opinion. It doesn’t apply as one nor turn into one. It is very grainy and acts more as a scrub. I really like it. As I apply it I can feel it heating up on my face. The instructions say to leave it on for 5-7 minutes and then massage it before rinsing it off.
It feels and smells really good, although the scent is a bit faint. I have accidentally tasted it a few times, not the best taste. After rinsing it off, my face looks brighter and feels cleaner. The sugar acts as an exfoliate and all the dead skin comes off. My face also feels softer.
These two products are great and are just some of the facial products I have tried or used. Freeman has a ton of other masks that I am looking forward to trying as well. These products can be found in almost any beauty store or section including Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Ulta. Even better for under $5 you are getting 6. fl Oz that will last you. These products are great for facials to pamper yourself with at home or on the go.
Have you ever used the Chocolate and Strawberry Clay Mask or Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask? What was your experience like? Have you tried any of the other Freeman masks?

Disclaimer: These are products I use and have not been asked to review. They are my own personal recommendations and opinions that have not been influenced.

July 14, 2015 at 11:31 PMNever heard of them and you are right with so many out on the market it’s hard to choose which one is best and if you have reactions to some it’s hard to tell and you may waste your money.

July 17, 2015 at 7:50 AMI have to say I have never tried them but they remind me of another old school brand which I love because it works and it is super budget friendly. Will have to look these up especially the charcoal scrub. Charcoal works and I know it.
