How I Spent 36 Hours in Las Vegas
What can I say, I love Las Vegas! I have been so many times and always find new things to do while also enjoying things I have done several times. It is a great place with much more to offer than what most think. I also love showing what I like to call “Vegas Virgins” around. So when my friend who had never been to Vegas wanted to go with me to see what it was all about, I was happy to take her on my quick 36 hours in Las Vegas!
Once we touched down we headed to our hotel, Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. After waiting on a line for a while we were finally able to check-in where my friend gleefully let the lady know it was her first time in Las Vegas. She upgraded our room. After taking a moment to figure out which elevator to get on we finally made our way to our room. The casino in the hotel we stayed in looked great; I have to say, it made me intrigued to try Kahnawake casinos online when I got home. Visiting a casino isn’t for everyone, but when I was in Vegas, I thought I might as well take this opportunity. Plus, seeing as I was only there for 36 hours, I had to make the most out of everything. If you’re not too familiar with what is casino, it is a place where people can go to gamble on games like slots, roulette, and blackjack. Some people even walk away with cash prizes too! To be honest I have only ever played a few games of Poker Online so I was excited to test out my gambling skills in a land-based casino!

I have heard from friends and others that Blueberry Hill is the place to go for breakfast. So we headed to one that was about 5 minutes away from the hotel. One of the gentlemen working there gave us some sample fudge while we waited to be seated. It was so good! Besides the OK service, the food was amazing. I enjoyed my chocolate chip pancakes, while my friend drenched her waffles in syrup.

Walking around a bit more we started walking back to the hotel checking out the sites and sounds of the strip on the way back. We wanted to grab some food and kick our feet up in the room. We enjoyed the view out of our window. As the sun began to set, I could hear the Bellagio fountain show start-up. We jumped out of relax mode to run to the window and watch the beauty.

Have you ever spent 36 Hours in Las Vegas? What did you do?
Allie Ducote
I have never been to Vegas but this looks like so much fun. I’m only 20 now, so I think I should probably wait until I’m legally allowed to drink. Those murals look beautiful!
Holly Dayz
You can still enjoy yourself there, but if you want to just take full advantage of everything then 21 is the way to go!

I spent two days in Vegas last summer, one of which was my 22nd birthday! I had a great time, walked the strip, rode the High Roller, ate more food than I should have, and lost ten bucks at a casino. I wish I’d known about the Polaroid Museum, I was right by there and would have visited!
Holly Dayz
I stumbled upon it. It was pretty interesting! I am glad you enjoyed your birthday!

I have never been to Vegas before but I definitely would love to go. I think I would rather go with someone who’s gone before so they can show me the non-Taurus attractions. When and if I get to go I’ll be sure to mention that I’m a first timer so I can hopefully get an upgrade hook up!
Holly Dayz
I love going with people who have never been! Yea try it out, they make hook you up.

I’ve never been to Vegas and I never really planned on going because I’m not the party type but it looks like there are other things to do other than party lol Maybe I will look into a trip there someday!
Holly Dayz
I am not the party type either. You will find plenty to do.

I’m not about busting my face open but that Flow Rider looks like a lot of fun. I would probably just people watch. hahahaha
Holly Dayz
I won’t be doing that either lol. I enjoyed watching them give it a go.

Holly Dayz
Oh nice! Another friend of mine has that cup as well. Popular souvenir cup.

My friends are going to Vegas for a race soon, and seeing this post makes me want to go with them even more now! Looks like y’all had a great time and loved the video, y’all are cute! I went to Vegas with my parents when I was in HS and watched a Pirate Show and walked the strip. I went for my 25th bday and walked the strip and pool parties and went to a few clubs. The pool parties were my fav, I wish I could remember the hotel name who had the best one!
Holly Dayz
Oh very cool, you should go with them. Thank you! The Pirate Show is at Treasure Island. I like that they have shows along the strip one after the other while you walk. Vegas certainly knows how to throw a party!
Jo
I’m supposed to go for my 30th birthday and I can’t wait. That’s so cool that you guys got an upgrade. The views were so nice!
Holly Dayz
You will have a lot of fun! The views were great, I got mountains and strip.
