I love dessert! A staple in Savannah is the infamous Leopold’s Ice Cream. After having dinner at The Pirate House I was in a rush to get over to Leopold’s before they closed. I was very happy that I got there and with enough time to spare to really check the place out.
Savannah has plenty of great places to eat. While taking a tour of the city the tour guide pointed out a place called The Pirate’s House. We were told that it has been around since the 1700s. Seafarers would come to eat, drink, and be merry. It soon turned into a place pirates would visit. Once we realized it was around the corner from the hotel we were staying in we had to see for ourselves what it was all about.
Savannah has a plethora of restaurants with some great food. After checking into my hotel at The Brice I inquired with the front desk staff where we could get some great food. One of the places that was suggested was B. Matthew’s Eatery. It was a couple of blocks away and we happily headed over.
Candles are a great way to uplift your mood and give your space a different vibe. It can make you feel like you are somewhere you aren’t or remind you of a place you have been. These two candles are both from Bath and Body Works and can usually be found in store or online. Candles are also subjective. I may think something smells great and others may say otherwise, but always worth a sniff.
I am a firm believer of speaking things into existence and I feel I did so when visiting The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. I had been staring at the beautiful photos for over a year and when I finally got the opportunity to visit I was excited! I knew of the Golden Isles, but I had never been to St. Simons Island, which is absolutely quaint and gorgeous! This resort is a jewel and a must when visiting.
