With so many great restaurants and buffets in Las Vegas it can be hard to decide where to get some food. I have eaten at many different places around Vegas, but I have heard from a couple of locals that Blueberry Hill is the place to go for some great breakfast. With 4 locations across Las Vegas and not far from the strip, it is easy to indulge.
Upon arrival there were cases in the front with all types of fudge and other goodies. A gentleman gave us samples of the fudge. I tried the mint chocolate and it was delicious. Afterwards we were quickly seated. There was so much to choose from, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was told Blueberry Hill was known for their pancakes.
We didn’t even get the opportunity to look over the menu and the waitress was already trying to take our order. That set the tone for the rest of the service she provided, which wasn’t that great. After debating what to order, I finally decided on some chocolate chip pancakes, which I was skeptical about. I usually only order them from IHop because they make the best ones I have tried. I also ordered eggs, bacon, and sausage on the side. It came as a combo on the menu.
My chocolate chip pancakes tasted amazing! They definitely rivaled the ones from IHop. My friend ordered french toast and she said it was really good. I really enjoyed my meal. I had to stop myself from eating every little bite or I would be uncomfortably full.
The food was so good that when we missed the opportunity to hit up a buffet, we decided to go back the next day. This time I ordered a spinach omelet with potatoes. My friend ordered cinnamon swirl pancakes. I got to taste some and it was really good. Reminded me of cinnamon toast crunch. My omelet tasted really good too.
Despite sitting in a different area we had the same waitress. Her service was better this time around. We enjoyed our food so much both times. Blueberry Hill will definitely be one of my go to breakfast spots when visiting Las Vegas. I also hear that one of the other locations rivals the one near the strip. Apparently the head cook is top notch. Just another reason to go back.
Have you ever been to Blueberry Hill? What did you order?
